The NSEA is responsible for maintenance of our road including drainage, snow removal and repaving.

Beach Access Maintenance
The NSEA maintains the six beach access points on North Shore Estates Rd.

Fiscal Management
The NSEA collects and manages funds dedicated to road maintenance & beach access maintenance.

Rules & Regulations
The North Shore Estates Association is primarily concerned with the administration of the road and beach accesses. As such, there are no rules about home appearance, lawn care, paint schemes, etc.
